- No Fixed Shipping Fees: All final logistics costs, shipping fees, and transit timelines are determined manually based on your unique volume, weight, and urgency requirements.
- Carrier Selection: Logistics companies or express couriers are selected strictly according to the client’s request and instructions.
- No Liability for Transit Delays: While we assist in selecting carriers and handling export customs, cobyh.com cannot guarantee exact dates of arrival and is not liable for carrier delays, customs holdups, or transit disruptions.

- Product Specifications: For custom manufacturing, auto parts, or machinery orders, the client must provide accurate technical parameters. cobyh.com is not liable for manufacturing defects if the factory followed the client’s submitted blueprints.
- Quality Assurance: We offer on-the-ground inspection services before cargo leaves China. Once the client approves the inspection report and final balance payment is cleared, the goods are considered accepted under the terms of the trade.
