Welcome to cobyh.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our supply chain, purchasing agent, or logistics services. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by this legal agreement.

1. Scope of Services
cobyh.com provides an all-in-one trade, sourcing, and logistics platform.
  • We cater to both individual consumers (B2C) and business entities (B2B).
  • Our services include acting as a purchasing agent, verifying factories, inspecting goods, managing supply chain workflows, and arranging international shipping.
  • You acknowledge that while some transactions occur directly online, complex or bulk sourcing requires direct communication and manual processing.

2. Custom Logistics and Shipping Policy
Because we deal with highly diverse product categories—including automotive parts and industrial machinery—shipping terms are completely customized:
  • No Fixed Shipping Fees: All final logistics costs, shipping fees, and transit timelines are determined manually based on your unique volume, weight, and urgency requirements.
  • Carrier Selection: Logistics companies or express couriers are selected strictly according to the client’s request and instructions.
  • No Liability for Transit Delays: While we assist in selecting carriers and handling export customs, cobyh.com cannot guarantee exact dates of arrival and is not liable for carrier delays, customs holdups, or transit disruptions.
  • Customs and Duties: Unless explicitly agreed upon under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement during our chat, the client is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and destination customs clearance.

3. Flexible Payments and Custom Billing
To provide the lowest possible transaction expenses, our billing structures are dynamic:
  • Accepted Payment Channels: We facilitate payments via online gateways, corporate bank accounts, and individual bank accounts.
  • Client Preference: The final payment method used will be decided based on the client's preference, country convenience, and the transaction fees of that specific method.
  • Invoice Binding: For all custom orders, the payment details provided on the officially issued Proforma Invoice (PI) or confirmed via our verified communication channels are final and legally binding.

4. B2B Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Inspections
  • Product Specifications: For custom manufacturing, auto parts, or machinery orders, the client must provide accurate technical parameters. cobyh.com is not liable for manufacturing defects if the factory followed the client’s submitted blueprints.
  • Quality Assurance: We offer on-the-ground inspection services before cargo leaves China. Once the client approves the inspection report and final balance payment is cleared, the goods are considered accepted under the terms of the trade.
